Katrina Craig - Principal
You could say that the hospitality industry has been Katrina's life-long passion. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School in the United States, and later with an MBA from INSEAD in France, she embarked on a career in hotel management and property development, rising through the ranks of a large hospitality conglomerate based in the Far East. Her last executive position was Chief Executive Officer of Accor Asia-Pacific Philippines, a job that she gave up in favour of starting her own business importing and distributing fine malt whiskies and Cuban cigars. Moving to the UK with her husband in 2001, Katrina decided to return to the hotel industry, this time as a consultant.
She brings to HOTEL IN A BOX the same exacting standards and customer focus that she expects from a well-run hotel. She personally handles a range of assignments in the UK, Continental and Eastern Europe.
