Introduction
A leading Korean ‘Chaebol’ engaged the Hotel Solutions Partnership to assist the company in its efforts to expand its hotel business overseas. Having owned and operated a successful city-centre property and a thriving resort hotel, the company now wishes to create a centralized management unit that can operate several luxury hotels in the Asia-Pacific region.

Hotel in a Box worked with the Hotel Solutions Partnership and several key executives within the client’s organisation to create a process map that details the key processes, enabling tasks, timelines and responsible players that are involved in both acquiring and developing hotels.
