Themed Hotel in the Vallee du Roi: Creating an upscale hotel on the grounds of a celebrated cultural landmark.
Introduction
Our client has secured a site within a well-known estate in the Loire Valley. Reachable in less than an hour from Paris, the area is of outstanding natural beauty and features several grand chateaux that draw visitors mainly from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, Benelux as well as from within France itself.
The Site
The site is an 11-hectare parcel of land situated steps away from an 18-hole golf course, an impressive chateau with woodlands and extensive pleasure gardens and a charming small village.
Our Assignment
We were engaged to write a business plan incorporating a market study, concept study and financial projections for a themed hotel to compliment a planned visitor attraction on the site. Our plan has been used as the basis for a presentation to potential investors in the project.
