Krakow Boutique Hotel: Creating a Small But Perfectly-formed Gem of a Hotel
Introduction
Krakow is an up-and-coming destination with a strong growth potential. Despite double digit annual growth in visitors to the city, Krakow still lacks an internationally-recognized luxury boutique hotel. Our client, one of Poland’s largest companies, wishes to develop a hotel aimed at the premier segment of the international travel market.
The Site
The site is a 15th century building in a prominent position on Maly Rynek square at the heart of Krakow’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our Assignment
Having developed a business plan for the project, Hotel in a Box is engaged as Project Director to supervise the implementation of the project. We have assembled a high-calibre team of designers and are overseeing every aspect of the development process.
